Synergia is a construction management general contractor founded by Lamont Coleman who garnered a decade plus of commercial construction experience in a diverse mix of environments.
Through his experience managing diverse clients, the adoption of a Greek concept known as Synergia “joint work” became a brand for his versatility and aggressive representation on behalf of his clients. Synergia has built a reputation as a results-oriented firm that manages all aspects of the construction process from start to finish – each project receives the strategically focused, technically based and multidisciplinary approach known as “Synergia”.
